DMCA Policy
Cheddar’s Menu With Prices respects the intellectual property rights of others and follows the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). This page explains how copyright owners can report content on this website that they believe infringes their rights, and how we handle those reports. This website is an unofficial menu guide and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Cheddar’s Scratch Kitchen.
Our Respect for Copyright
The guides on this website are written to help readers check menu items, prices, calories and nutrition information. Menu names and trademarks belong to their respective owners, and any images are used only to help readers identify menu items. If you are a copyright owner and you believe that any content on this website infringes your rights, please let us know through the process below and we will review it promptly.
How to File a DMCA Notice
To report copyright infringement, send us a written notice that includes all of the following:
- Your full name and an email address where we can reach you.
- A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.
- The exact URL or URLs of the material on this website that you claim is infringing.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the copyright owner’s behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Where to Send Your Notice
Send your DMCA notice through our Contact Us page. Notices that are missing the information listed above may take longer to process, because we need those details to find the material and verify the claim.
What Happens After a Notice
When we receive a complete and valid notice, we will review it and, where the claim is valid, remove or disable access to the reported material as quickly as we reasonably can. We may also keep a record of the notice and the action taken.
Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or because of a misidentification, you may send us a counter-notification. It should include your name and email address, a description of the material that was removed and the URL where it appeared before removal, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed by mistake or misidentification, and your physical or electronic signature. If we receive a valid counter-notification, we may restore the material unless the original complainant tells us they have filed a court action about it.
Repeat Infringer Policy
Where content repeatedly infringes the copyrights of others, we will remove that content and take reasonable steps to prevent the same material from being posted again.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this DMCA Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the updated version will apply from the time it is posted.
